As I&#039;m sure you can imagine, it is frustrating when a large publication like the Guardian let such a poorly researched piece of copy-n-paste writing through their editorial process.

Snap actively seek out constructive criticism. Our product design process is iterative in nature and centered around a dialogue with users, and since the primary users of Snap Preview Anywhere are publishers (i.e. bloggers) and their readers (i.e. readers of blogs) we seek out feedback in this medium.

In other words: My response to your post was not intended to stifle you or your readers from expressing a point of view. On the contrary, I wanted to offer an alternative perspective as a starting point for a constructive conversation with you and your readers.
